Sunrise Developers & Consultants Pty Ltd was founded in 2000 by Paul Button.
A qualified architect, Paul provides the inspiration and the organisation behind each project.

PAUL BUTTON
Paul has a wealth of experience in designing and developing major projects. A qualified architect, Paul also holds a Masters degree in Property Development and Project Management.
At the age of 25 he was commissioned to design an entire town to accommodate 800 people in a remote part of Oman for Shell Exploration. Other projects for which Paul was responsible include designing and building:
- palaces for Sheikhs in the United Arab Emirates
- multi-storey shopping centres in outer London
- state of the art museums in Papua New Guinea and Dubai
- renovations of Georgian townhouses in central London
- lead architect for the construction of the new terminal for Dubai International Airport (the Gold Coast’s sister city)
Paul’s residential designs focus on the integration of contemporary aesthertics with practicality. He uses quality fittings and materials to ensure that each room has a luxurious feel, yet functions effectively.
ANN JONES
Ann is a geographer, an educationalist and a qualified lawyer with a lifelong interest in property development. Ann contributes legal advice and practical assistance with all aspects of project development.
SIMON MANNING

Simon
is based in Singapore and works as Regional Marketing Director
for a major hotel chain. Simon is also one of the founding
Directors of Ranier Sunrise Pty Ltd and Crescent Sunrise
Pty Ltd.
Simon visits the projects regularly and provides practical
marketing advice and expertise.
ESTHER WATERS
Esther holds a Masters degree in Business Administration,
and works closely with Paul to ensure that each project
is administered using strict ethical and effective
business principles. She also has 10 years experience
of living in Dubai, the Gold Coast’s sister
city.
