How to book a room or house:

It is best to book in advance to secure your room. The accommodation deposit to secure a room is 4 weeks rent, to be paid at the time of booking. This becomes your first four weeks rent upon arrival. Rental fees are payable in advance. See Frequently Asked Questions for more information. Accommodation cancellation policy: If an accommodation booking is cancelled less than four weeks prior to the commencement of the lease, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits will be refunded in full less a $50 administration fee if cancellation is received in writing more than four weeks prior to lease commencement.
